BHW Solicitors is pleased to announce its role in advising the shareholders of Digicon Solutions Limited on their successful sale to a private consortium of investors in the ventilation and air conditioning industry.
Digicon Solutions, founded in 2008 and located in the heart of Leicestershire, specialises in the supply, installation and support of variable speed drives for industrial and commercial applications. As an official partner of Danfoss and a supplier of VACON products, the business has built a reputation on driving improvements in energy efficiency, system reliability, rapid product supply and first-class engineering guidance, including emergency technical support.
This transaction marks a significant milestone for all parties involved and showcases BHW’s continued strength in delivering exceptional results in the East Midland’s M&A market. Led by corporate partner Cameron Connolly, BHW Solicitors provided strategic, commercially focused legal advice to the sellers.
