Top Residential Property Solicitor Joins Leading Conveyancing Law Firm

BHW Solicitors has further boosted its conveyancing team with the appointment of a highly respected specialist residential property solicitor.

Erica Brownen has joined BHW’s dedicated conveyancing division: BHW Residential. The appointment further bolsters the team following the appointment of four specialist conveyancers earlier this year.

Erica joins BHW having previously spent 8 years at a well renowned Coalville based law firm. While part of the conveyancing department she handled a variety of residential property transactions for clients across North West Leicestershire.

Erica qualified as a Solicitor in 2010 having completed a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and Legal Practice Course (LPC) at De Montfort University. She had previously graduated from Nottingham University with a BA Hons in Philosophy.

Speaking about her appointment, Erica said: “I’m delighted to have joined BHW at such an exciting time for the firm. I pride myself on keeping my clients informed and this is an ethos that is clearly ingrained at BHW.”

Erica handles all aspects of residential conveyancing including buying, selling, transfers of equity and re-mortgages. She offers an attentive and friendly service.
