Hycontrol Limited Completes Successful Sale to ENVEA with Assistance from BHW

Hycontrol Limited, a well-established British designer and manufacturer of level measurement and silo protection equipment, has been acquired by ENVEA, a leading global manufacturer of environmental monitoring equipment.

Hycontrol Limited is headquartered in Redditch and was established in 1983 by the Allen family. The company has a strong reputation for high-quality products, excellent customer service, and innovative solutions for the industrial sector.

The acquisition of Hycontrol Limited will expand ENVEA’s product offering and provide access to new markets, as well as strengthen the company’s position in the industrial measurement and process automation sectors.

An expert team at BHW advised Hycontrol’s Directors on the deal, providing guidance and support throughout the transaction process. The team included key advisors from its commercial property and employment departments and was led by Corporate Partner, Matt Worsnop.
