BHW Solicitors is proud to announce its remarkable achievements in the 2025 Legal 500 rankings, released yesterday (Wednesday, 2nd October). The firm has once again demonstrated its excellence across multiple practice areas, securing top-tier positions and individual accolades which has seen all its Commercial Departments, Partners and Senior Associates now ranked.
Key Highlights:
- Corporate & Commercial: BHW’s Corporate & Commercial team has once more been awarded a prestigious Tier 1 ranking. Partners Ed Nurse, Stephen McElhone, and Matt Worsnop have been recognised as Leading Partners, with Alex Clifton named Next Generation Partner for the 4th consecutive year. Senior Associate, Cameron Connolly, has achieved his first rankings, receiving the much-deserved Leading Associate.
- Commercial Property: The Commercial Property team has retained its Tier 1 status, with six of its lawyers ranked. Beverley Merrell, Kate Burlinson, Raj Hundal, Alison Harrod, and Molly McLoughlin, have all received individual Recommendations, while Eleanor Rattay maintains her Next Generation Partner award.
- Commercial Litigation: This year’s rankings has seen head of department, Paul Davis, rise to Leading Partner, putting him amongst the strongest commercial dispute lawyers in the region. Senior Associate, Farhaan Pathan, is the second of BHW’s new entrants in this year’s rankings, having been awarded Leading Associate. The team has maintained its superb Tier 2 ranking.
- Employment: The Employment team has preserved its Tier 4 ranking, with head of department, Amanda Badley, receiving Recommended status. Having been promoted to Partner, Aimée Johns has received her first Next Generation Partner award having previously been awarded Rising Star.
- IT & Telecoms: The IT & Telecoms team has achieved a Tier 3 ranking, with Matt Worsnop Recommended for his specialist expertise.
