Coinciding with Alison’s arrival, Aimée bolsters BHW’s employment team having specialised in employment law and HR since qualifying as a solicitor in 2017. She advises employers, HR professionals and senior employees on all aspects of employment and HR including restructuring and redundancies, TUPE, employee rights and entitlements, and employment tribunals.
