Leading independent Leicester law firm, BHW Solicitors, has continued its expansion with the hire of two high profile Partners.
Stephen McElhone joined BHW in December from former Leicester law firm, Spearing Waite. He has now been joined by Amanda Badley, who also joins from Spearing Waite which was recently taken-over by a national firm.

Stephen has over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and corporate fundraising as well as advising on stock market flotations. Prior to joining Spearing Waite in 2012, Stephen spent over 6 years at Harvey Ingram LLP.
Amanda is an employment law specialist. She provides strategic advice and support to employers and senior executives in respect of all aspects of employment law including business reorganisations and redundancy, transfer of undertakings (TUPE), employment contracts and documentation, employee claims and Employment Tribunal representation.
