Molly McLoughlin is an Senior Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Property department. Molly regularly deals with freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, and landlord and tenant work, including leases for pension schemes. In addition to this, Molly is a key member of our Real Estate Finance Team carrying out secured lending work, whether acting solely for the lender or on a dual representation basis for both lenders and borrowers. Most recently, Molly has been awarded the well-deserved ‘Recommended’ status in the Legal 500 2024 guide.
Molly completed her LLB at the University of Derby, achieving a first-class degree before completing her Legal Practice Course with the University of the West of England. Molly completed her training contract with BHW and qualified in 2021.
