Matt Worsnop is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial department and heads the firm’s IT & Telecoms team. Matt handles a full range of Corporate/M&A work, predominantly in the privately-owned and SME sectors.
Matt is dual qualified as a Solicitor and an Electronic Systems Engineer (M.Eng) in software development. Matt deals with all kinds of commercial matters but specialises in IT contracts, advising on software development, licence, hosting and implementation agreements.
Matt Worsnop always brings considerations to our attention that we would never have thought of. They include practical considerations that are tailored to us and our position.
