BHW Solicitors has made two internal promotions, including a new Partner, as the Leicester Firm continues its tradition of staff development.
Alex Clifton has been made a Partner and Michael Lam has been promoted to Associate Solicitor, both having begun their legal careers as Trainee Solicitors with BHW.

Managing Partner, Nick Bridle said, “We’re very proud of our track record for promoting internally. Alex and Michael are both products of BHW’s trainee solicitor regime, having both been with the Firm for many years. We now have 5 Partners who have trained with us which is testament to our commitment to developing our staff.”
Michael is also a member of the Corporate and Commercial department, having joined the Firm in 2012 and qualifying as a Solicitor in 2015. He handles a wide range of matters including lending agreements, business contracts and data protection. Michael is also a key member of the Crowd Funding and Secured Lending team.
