The New Year has brought several senior promotions across the business at Partner and Associate level.

Kate Burlinson and Lucy Ward have both been promoted to Partner status, while Aimeé Johns has been promoted to Associate.

Kate is part of a busy Commercial Property department where she specialises in secured lending working with a variety of lenders on the refinancing of commercial and investment property portfolios, including the provision of development finance.

Lucy is Head of BHW Development, specialising in site set-ups and plot sales for many of the regions leading housebuilders having helped launch the offering in 2018.

“All of these promotions have been richly deserved. They all embody the BHW ethos of delivering exception client service and this is demonstrated in their growing client base” said Managing Partner, Nick Bridle.

Aimée Johns is in the Employment & HR department where she advises employers on both contentious and non-contentious employment law and HR issues, as well as senior executives in relation to their employment grievances.
