We are pleased to report that BHW has officially joined the Employee Ownership Association (EOA).
Being an employee-owned business ourselves (through an employee ownership trust (EOT)) and as a legal services provider, joining the EOA was a natural decision and the next step. We look forward to assisting and providing advice to current EOA members and contributing to the employee ownership community.
BHW will also be attending the upcoming Employee Ownership Conference in November this year (27th and 28th November). Please look out for our attendees, Managing Partner, Ed Nurse, and Corporate Associate, Cameron Connolly.
BHW have provided help and advice to 6 businesses so far this year on their conversion to employee ownership through the use of an EOT. These businesses are involved in a range of different industries, including outdoor entertainment, fencing, legal services, and real estate development.
