BHW has held a collection for the Leicester South Foodbank and staff have once again come together to donate a mountain of food for the charity.
The initiative was organised by Solicitors, Molly Mcloughin and Gurpinder Ghuman, and collection points were setup across BHW’s offices.
Molly said: “The response from all of our teams has been overwhelming. I’d like to thank everyone that has donated for their kind generosity.”
The Leicester South Foodbank is based at Wigston’s Meadows Community Church. They currently run two sessions weekly for emergency food parcel collections, as well as offering help and advice on housing, benefits, and debt to those in need.
Gurpinder added: “The Leicester South Foodbank provides vital assistance to local families and individuals in crisis. We’re really pleased to be able to support their work and we hope BHW’s donation will go a small way towards helping people this Christmas.”
