BHW Advises on Acquisition of Leicester Square Premises for Flagship Restaurant Mr White’s

BHW’s commercial property department has advised an associated company of Marco Pierre White’s restaurant group, Black and White Hospitality, on the acquisition of premises in London’s Leicester Square for a new flagship restaurant, Mr White’s.

The four-storey, 14500 square foot property will be due to open in October 2021 and will serve steaks, grills and pizza as well as a range of gins including Marco Pierre White’s own dry gin. The legal team at BHW was led by Partner and Head of Commercial Property, Beverley Merrell, who was assisted by commercial property solicitor, Molly Mcgloughlin.
