BHW Advise on Transactions Valuing £150 Million

The Corporate and Commercial Team at Leicestershire-based BHW Solicitors is celebrating another highly successful 12 months, having advised on transactions with a total value of almost £150 million.

Highlights included:

• advising the founders of telecoms infrastructure support specialist HG Comms Ltd on their sale to Madrid-based Cobra Group;

• advising BPX Group Limited (which provides industrial automation and control products) on its acquisition of Control Components (Anglia) Limited; and

• advising insurance industry investor Correlation One Holdings on its investment in veterinary technology company, Vet-AI.

This caps a highly successful year which also saw the team maintain its Tier 1 ranking for the fifth year in a row, Corporate/Commercial partner Ed Nurse and Corporate partner Steve McElhone both being awarded the coveted ‘Leading Individual’ status, and Corporate/Commercial partner Alex Clifton being awarded ‘Next Generation Partner’ status by industry guide Legal 500.
