Symrit Sidhu is a Solicitor in the Commercial Property department. Symrit regularly deals with freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial auction sales and purchases, and landlord and tenant work.
In addition to this, Symrit is a key member of our Pension Scheme team and regularly assists with matters from professional trustees such as Boolers, Mattioli Woods, and WKM.
Symrit qualified as a solicitor in 2023, after completing her law degree at the University of Leicester and her training contract at BHW.
Work highlights include:
- assisting with the sale of a large manufacturing facility for circa £13m in Leicester.
- assisting with the purchase of a large industrial site in Derbyshire.
- assisting with a refinance for a portfolio of properties totalling over £5m.
