Natasha Groocock is a Solicitor in the Commercial Property department, having successfully completed her training contract with BHW Solicitors in 2026. She is a key member of the Real Estate Finance team.
Natasha advises clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, working with businesses, investors, landlords and tenants on transactions involving the acquisition, disposal and leasing of commercial premises. She supports clients throughout the transaction process, helping to ensure matters progress efficiently while delivering practical and commercially focused advice.
Natasha is recognised for her approachable manner, attention to detail and commitment to providing responsive support to clients throughout their matter. She takes pride in developing strong client relationships and helping clients achieve their commercial objectives.
During her training, Natasha gained experience across the firm’s Corporate & Commercial, Commercial Property and Dispute Resolution departments, providing her with a broad understanding of the legal and commercial issues affecting businesses and property owners.

- Regularly acts for a developer landlord on leases of industrial units across the East Midlands with commercial tenants.
- Acted on a refinance worth c.£2m for a company in the care home industry.
- Drafted a bespoke letting agreement for a client to use as a template for all tenancies across their UK-wide portfolio.
