Kam Singh is a Solicitor in BHW’s Commercial Property team, advising businesses, investors, landlords and tenants on a wide range of commercial property matters.

Kam has experience acting on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, landlord and tenant transactions, refinancing matters and general property management work. She regularly advises on commercial leases, assignments, lease renewals, variations and surrenders, as well as supporting clients with property transactions involving finance and lender requirements.

Prior to joining BHW, Kam worked at leading East Midlands law firms where she gained extensive experience managing her own caseload and supporting on complex commercial property transactions. Her work has included freehold acquisitions, development land matters, title investigations, easements, commercial refinancing and property transactions connected with renewable energy projects.

Kam takes a practical and approachable approach to legal matters, working closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide clear, commercially focused advice throughout a transaction. She is committed to delivering a responsive and efficient service, helping clients navigate transactions with confidence.

Kam graduated from Aston University with a First Class LLB before completing her Legal Practice Course and LLM at Nottingham Law School, achieving a Distinction.
