Gemma Trencher is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Corporate & Commercial team at BHW Solicitors. Gemma advises businesses on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
Gemma specialises in mergers and acquisitions. Her work includes acting on business sales and purchases, corporate restructurings, shareholder arrangements and ongoing company law and governance issues.
She has experience acting on transactions involving businesses of varying sizes, from start-ups through to larger, more established companies supporting clients throughout the life of their business.
Gemma trained and qualified with BHW in 2021, developing a strong grounding in corporate law and building close working relationships within the firm’s Corporate & Commercial team. She returned to the firm in 2026, having worked across corporate transactions at well‑regarded City and offshore firms, gaining valuable exposure to mergers and acquisitions across a range of sectors and jurisdictions.
