Senior Hire For Corporate Team

BHW’s Corporate and Commercial team is pleased to welcome James Dent as Senior Associate.

James joins the expanding department from Chattertons Solicitors in Lincolnshire where he was Partner, having previously been an associate at Wilson Browne.

James advises on a range of corporate transactions including company sales and acquisitions, reorganisations and demergers, and EMI schemes. He also advises on Shareholders’, Partnership and LLP Agreements, as well as a broad range of commercial contracts.

James joins a corporate team ranked tier 1 in both the Legal 500 and Chambers guides, as well as boasting two lawyers awarded the top accolade of ‘leading individual’ in the Legal 500 guide.
