Aimée Johns Becomes Partner
Employment law solicitor, Aimée Johns, has been promoted to the position of Partner at BHW.
Aimée joined BHW in October 2019 as a Solicitor in the Employment department, before swiftly rising to the role of Associate in 2021. She has established herself as a vital member of the employment team, advising business owners on their employment law and HR matters. Aimée has continuously demonstrated her exceptional legal acumen assisting the firm’s corporate team with merger and acquisition work, and her performance has been recognised by the Legal 500 guide who have awarded her ‘Rising Star’ for the last three consecutive years.
Having specialised in employment law since qualifying as a solicitor in 2017, Aimée has skilfully managed a diverse caseload, contributing significantly to the department’s first-ever Legal 500 ranking in the 2022 guide, particularly excelling in high-value respondent matters and corporate support services.

Farhaan Pathan, Cameron Connolly, and Molly Mcloughlin Rise to Senior Associate
In a testament to their exceptional growth and commitment, BHW is pleased to announce Farhaan Pathan, Cameron Connolly, and Molly Mcloughlin have been promoted to the position of Senior Associate. All three commenced their legal careers as solicitors with BHW, having all completed their training contracts and qualified with the firm.
Farhaan Pathan, who joined in 2016 and qualified into the firm’s Dispute Resolution department, has been an integral part of the department’s growth. His adept handling of property disputes, debt recovery, and commercial contract disputes has made him a valuable asset to clients, including business owners, landlords, and commercial tenants.
Cameron Connolly, having joined BHW in 2018 and subsequently qualifying in 2021, has made significant strides in the Corporate and Commercial department. Cameron has made an enormous contribution to the team at BHW to help it become the leading legal advisors on Employee Ownership Trusts.
Molly Mcloughlin joined in 2019, going on to qualify into the expanding Commercial Property department at BHW in 2021, and playing a significant role in the real estate finance team. Molly has been awarded the well-deserved ‘Recommended’ status in the recently released Legal 500 2024 guide.
