BHW Solicitors recently advised the shareholders of Ramon Holdings Limited, which trades as Ramon Hygiene Products, in the recent sale to Empress Garland Limited, the holding company of EGL Homecare.
Ramon Holdings Limited reported turnover of £15 million last year and is a manufacturer of cleaning cloths, mops and buckets based in Leicester which makes products for the professional, wholesale and retail sectors.
