Kate Burlinson is a Partner in the Commercial Property department. Kate has particular experience working with a variety of lenders on the refinancing of commercial and investment property portfolios, including the provision of development finance.
Kate specialises in secured lending as well as handling all other aspects of commercial property including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, and new leases and renewals of business premises for both landlords and tenants.
