Nick Bridle is the founder of BHW Solicitors. Nick is responsible for the business planning, quality and standards and risk management for the Firm.
Nick has a wealth of experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer. He is well-known for his decisive strategic and commercial advice and has advised a substantial following of clients in relation to corporate structuring, restructuring, management and employee incentive schemes and succession planning and risk management.
Before qualifying as a solicitor, Nick ran a company manufacturing metal finishing equipment that pioneered the use of plastic media for aerospace applications. Nick’s experience has meant that the Firm has always had a significant number of clients from the manufacturing and aerospace industries.
