BHW was proud to sponsor a charity evening organised to raise money for three good causes including BHW’s current ‘chosen charity’; the Leicester HPB Unit.

The ‘Gin, Bubbles & Jazz’ evening took place on Saturday 1st June at the historic Grade I listed; Kelmarsh Hall, near Northampton.

Charity Evening - Kelmarsh HallThe elegant hall played host to over 150 guests. Organisers put on a spectacular evening of music and entertainment including a jazz band, pianist and ukulele band all putting on fantastic performances. Award winning magician, Revilo Twist, also kept guests mesmerised with some astonishing table magic throughout the evening.

A ‘glambola’ and silent auction featured some wonderful and unique prizes including lunch with Olympic Show Jumper, Nick Skelton, and race horse trainer Dan Skelton, as well as tours of their training yards.

Charity Evening - EntertainmentAlong with ticket sales, the evening raised a staggering £6,000 which will be split between the Leicester HPB Unit, the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institute, and Teenage Cancer Trust.

BHW would like to thank the organiser of the event for putting on such an amazing and well-organised evening, and for raising an astounding amount of money for three great charities.
