BHW Welcomes Two New Solicitors

BHW is thrilled to announce the appointment of Joe Lowe as a Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial Team, and Ruby Momoh as a Solicitor in the Commercial Property Team.

Joe joins BHW following the completion of his training contract at Knights where he qualified as a Solicitor in September this year. On his training contract, Joe gained experience across a variety of areas of law including corporate where he was involved in share transactions acting on behalf of sellers and buyers. Joe graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2017 upon completion of his LLB Law degree and went on to complete his Legal Practice Course and Masters degree at Nottingham Law School.

Ruby joins the Commercial Property department at BHW from Eversheds Sutherland, where she had worked since qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2022. Ruby has gained experience handling various real estate work including high value retail property transactions on behalf of landlord and developer clients. Ruby graduated from the University of Kent in 2016 upon completion of her LLB Law Degree and went on to complete her Legal Practice Course and Masters degree at the University of Law.

Commenting on his appointment, Joe said: “I’m delighted to have realised my ambition to qualify as a Solicitor and to have joined the corporate and commercial team at BHW. As soon as I spoke with the team about the work they do and the firm’s aspirations for the future, I knew this was the best place for me to practice post qualification.”

Ruby added: “I’m proud to be joining one of the largest commercial property teams in the region and excited for the opportunity to play a role in the continued growth and success of the department. I’m grateful to the team who have made me feel at home straightaway.”
