Leicester’s largest independent law firm, BHW Solicitors, has announced promotions for five of its property lawyers including three to Partner and two to Associate.
Residential property lawyers; Waheeda Alli, Hema Patani and Beverley Knight have all been promoted to Partner, while Emma Marston and Kimberly Marshall, have been promoted to Associate.
Waheeda Alli is a Solicitor, she joined BHW in 2015 and heads the New Build division. She handles purchases of newly built properties and associated sales or part-exchanges and is recommended by many of the region’s top house-builders to their buyers.
Solicitor, Hema Patani and Legal Executive, Beverley Knight are also part of BHW’s specialist conveyancing division, advising clients on freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and remortgages. Hema joined BHW in 2015 while Beverley has been with the firm since 2013 and between them boast over 40-years residential conveyancing experience.

Emma Marston is a Solicitor specialising in site acquisitions and set-ups, as well as plot sales for some of the East Midland’s leading house-builders and developers. Kimberly Marshall is a Licensed Conveyancer handling residential property transactions and is recommended by estate agents across the East Midlands. Both Emma and Kimberly have been with the firm since 2017.
