BHW Solicitors are pleased to announce that the firm has once again retained its Lexcel accreditation, receiving a glowing report from its independent assessor.

Lexcel is a quality standard developed specifically for the legal profession. It is an optional scheme for law firms that meet high standards of client care and best practice. To gain and retain accreditation, practices must undergo a rigorous annual assessment process which includes background checks and on-site visits.

In the independent assessor’s report on the firm, BHW Solicitors was described as having a “high level of compliance to the [Lexcel] Standard, particularly in view of the levels of growth in the business” and an “unusually high number of areas of good practice”.

Nick Bridle, Managing Partner, said: “I am delighted that BHW Solicitors has once again been recognised for the very high standards of client care and business management which we maintain. To receive once again a glowing appraisal from the independent assessor is testament to how committed we are as a firm to providing the best service possible.”

Last year, BHW Solicitors was described as an “exemplar” to other firms for maintaining the highest levels of client care and business management. BHW was also singled out for “impeccable file discipline” and “a very high standard of risk management”.
