Ian Sanders is a Partner in the Commercial Property department. Ian has knowledge and expertise in a range of commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, land and secured lending. Ian also has extensive experience in the public sector and local authority work.
Ian has a particular focus on commercial and residential development-related transactions (including promotion agreements, option agreements, conditional contracts and planning and infrastructure agreements).
Development-related work is another core part of the practice; Ian Sanders heads up this part of the offering, and advises developers on all aspects of development projects across the UK.
