Helen Foster is a Solicitor in the Corporate & Commercial department. Helen is regularly involved in corporate transactions, including restructures, acquisitions and business sales. Helen qualified in January 2025, having completed her law degree at the University of Oxford and her training contract with BHW.
Work highlights include:
- Assisting with the successful sale of Meet & Engage, an award-winning recruitment and onboarding platform, to Unseen Group (Gradtouch Limited).
- Working on a multi-million pound group reorganisation and capital reduction demerger for an automation and control products distribution company.
- Assisting with the management buy-out of the founder of a promotional products supplier, which included complex arrangements for deferred consideration and bank funding.
- Working on a group restructure and three-cornered demerger to divide the trading business and property of a bakery business between two distinct corporate structures.
- Assisting owner-managers with the sale of their local manufacturing business.
