Hayden Ball is an Associate Solicitor within the Dispute Resolution department, advising and representing clients in an array of contentious matters, including clients engaged in court proceedings in the County and High Courts.
Hayden has a broad range of commercial litigation knowledge and regularly acts for clients in relation to shareholder and director disputes, restrictive covenants, Consumer Rights Act claims, contractual disputes, property and construction claims, and debt recovery.
Known for his attention to detail, and analytical and strategic approach, Hayden represents clients with a clear focus on delivering down to earth advice and achieving the best possible outcome.
Hayden completed his Training Contract with BHW after achieving a first-class Law Degree with the Open University, and a Master’s Degree with Distinction at the University of Law in Birmingham.

- Advising and acting for commercial landlords in relation to successfully regaining possession of premises and recovering debts owed by tenants.
- Acting on behalf of a major property construction company to successfully defend claims within court proceedings.
- Acting on behalf of a market leading company within the electrical and power generation industry to recover debts exceeding £295,000.
