Georgia Moss is a Solicitor in the Employment & HR department. She advises employers, both UK-based and international client’s UK operations, across a wide range of sectors providing strategic, pragmatic, and commercially focused employment law advice.
Georgia regularly advises and supports clients on complex, project specific employment law matters, while also being involved in the full spectrum of day-to-day HR issues. She has particular expertise in the preparation and negotiation of settlement agreements, frequently acting for both employers and senior executives in relation to sensitive employee exits and leadership transitions.
Work highlights include:
- Advising a senior executive in relation to a complex TUPE dispute involving multiple foreign jurisdictions. This included advising on the interpretation of the TUPE Regulations in relation to its application to cross-border business transfers, resulting in successful settlement negotiations.
- Advising and reporting on the employment aspects of the acquisition of an LLP specialising in London-based property management.
- Assisting on the employment aspects of a conversion to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) for a commercial fleet management business, including the preparation and drafting of new director service agreements.
- Drafting a bespoke consultancy agreement tailored to the service delivery model and commercial objectives of a business alignment consultancy.
- Acting for a national packaging supplier in relation to the enforcement of post-termination restrictions, advising on restrictive covenants and employee obligations.
