Courtney Kidney is a Solicitor in the Employment & HR department at BHW.
Courtney supports businesses with both day-to-day HR matters and more complex employment law issues, providing clear and commercially focused advice to employers across a wide range of industries. She regularly advises on disciplinary and grievance procedures and employment disputes, and helps ensure HR processes are legally sound and strategically aligned with business goals.
Courtney also specialises in negotiating and drafting settlement agreements and advising on the strategic departure of senior employees.
