Bev undertakes a wide range of freehold and non-contentious leasehold commercial property matters. The work undertaken is often high value, complex and news-worthy. Bev specialises in acquisitions and disposals of industrial units, factories and warehouses.
Bev’s clients come back year after year and often treat her as their in-house legal counsel. Regular portfolio clients include DHL, Nationwide Platforms, BPX, Parker Motor Services, the KCT Group and Allscreens Nationwide.
Bev leads the Firm’s Pension Scheme team. Bev and her team assist private pension schemes with their property requirements and has regular work from professional trustees Boolers, Mattioli Woods and WKM.
