BHW Bake Off Challenge!

Conveyancing Paralegal, Remi-Leigh Bond, wins BHW’s first Office Bake Off Challenge.

Five bakers went head-to-head to be crowned star baker with Remi’s Chocolate Orange winning the day.

BHW staff channelled their inner Prue Leith to judge the bakes and raise £72 in aid of the Leicester HPB Unit in the process.

The Leicester HPB Unit is BHW’s chosen charity of the year. Based at the Leicester General Hospital, the HPB Unit provides vital research into pancreatic and liver cancer.
