BHW acknowledged as being at the forefront of the SME market in Leicester
Following on from our recent success in the Legal 500, BHW Solicitors are delighted to share with you our ranking in Chambers UK 2014.
The Company and Commercial team were acknowledged as being at ‘the forefront of the SME M&A market in the Leicester area,’ with the department having particular expertise in the ‘aerospace and plant hire industry sectors.’ Ed Nurse, Head of the Company and Commercial team was singled out for particular praise as “an excellent negotiator, well versed in holding out for better terms and technically great with an excellent eye for detail.”
The Real Estate team was also recognised for its work on ‘leases, acquisitions and regearing, with particular expertise in advising clients in the retail and leisure, distribution and data centre sectors.’ The team was also praised by clients as “always available and approachable” providing advice which was “on the point and reliable” and “turned around quickly.”
