BHW Solicitors were thrilled to meet members of the University of Leicester Geek Law Society (a society group which focuses itself around IT and Telecoms Law) on 29th November.
BHW representatives Claire Bell (Practice Manager), Paul Davis (Associate Solicitor) and Brandon Pickard (Corporate and Commercial Paralegal) gave a presentation to the society on BHW’s core values, application processes and day to day activities of its employees and, of course, BHW’s Legal 500 ranking for IT and Telecoms law.
The successful afternoon was topped off with a Q&A session which received positive feedback both from the students asking the questions and the employees of BHW. The BHW team welcomed students asking a wide range of exciting and thought-provoking questions about the future of the firm, the ability to develop as a member of the team and importantly how a work-life balance is maintained.
Describing the session, Brandon Pickard commented “It was interesting to explore my experiences of BHW with the students and hear fellow employees describe their careers. One thing that became clear is that we would all recommend any aspiring law student to seek opportunities at the firm.”
