Over the past two years, Raj Hundal has been training with the Firm and has developed her knowledge in the Commercial Property, Corporate and Commercial and Dispute Resolution and Employment departments at BHW. She has now successfully completed her training contract and we are proud to announce that Raj will be beginning her career as a solicitor in the Commercial Property department at BHW. Raj will continue to advise clients and deal with a wide range of matters such as freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant matters.

On her recent qualification, Raj commented, "I am extremely proud to have qualified at BHW and I am thrilled to be joining the Commercial Property team. The quality of the training I have received here has been exceptional and will undoubtedly stand me in good stead for my career as a solicitor. I am learning something new every day and encountering new challenges all the time. I feel lucky to be part of such an exciting environment".

Julie White, Head of the Commercial Property department added, "We are absolutely delighted Raj will continue her career here. Her addition as a solicitor in the team reflects the Firm's growth and continued commitment to its trainees. We are dedicated to offering our young lawyers a great start to their careers and indeed 4 of our partners trained at the Firm which demonstrates how we continue to develop our staff once they have qualified".

BHW has a high trainee retention rate which can only be put down to its successful recruitment and training programme and is a positive reflection of the Firm's confidence in the next generation of lawyers. BHW offers an excellent training structure whereby trainees are able to gain hands-on knowledge, experience a wide range of matters and are given a great deal of responsibility at the outset. Each trainee is then positioned well in the Firm to assist in their transition from trainee to solicitor.
